Meet the CAA Board

Ryan Costello

Ryan Costello served as U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania’s Sixth District from 2015 to 2019 where he served on the House Transportation Subcommittee on Aviation. He is a board member for the Capital Access Alliance.

Lee Moak

Lee Moak is a General Aviation pilot and a former Commercial, U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy fighter pilot. The  former President of the Air Line Pilots Association, International, and a former advisor for the U.S. Department of Transportation. He is the co-founder and CEO of Intrepid, LLC and board member for the Capital Access Alliance.

Rolando Pablos

Rolando Pablos served as the 111th Texas Secretary of State from 2017 to 2018. He is currently a 2023 board officer for the Texas Association of Business and a board member for the Capital Access Alliance.
